Kids Inspire Charityℕ , , … Last week we watched some heart-breaking videos of a local charity, Kids Inspire, that sadly had their premises broken into and completely vandalised following a weekend of fund raising by their team who carried out 100 Acts of Kindness in celebration of Captain Tom for the #captaintom100challenge
The whole site was in a complete mess; broken glass, paint everywhere, signs of drug use. Even the Fire Extinguishers had been set off! We couldn’t leave their site without any fire protection equipment! So the girls in the office arranged to see what they could do to help.
Fire Depot kindly donated 5x shiny new Chrome Fire Extinguishers which our company director Sam delivered to the charity and commissioned on site. The charity was inundated with messages from members of the public offering their help and support. A flood of donations to Kids Inspire flew in one after another.

It was so lovely to see the huge support for the charity after such an awful event. It just goes to shows what can be achieved when we all support one another!
