Experienced Fire Extinguisher Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

To help support our growth, we are currently recruiting a Fire Extinguisher Engineer who will be responsible for the key areas, full training will be given:

– Installation, service and maintenance of fire extinguishers. You will be carrying out service and maintenance on fire extinguishers to BAFE standard.
– Willingness to progress to eventually take over and run the division.

Qualifications:

Client Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
To help support our growth, we are currently recruiting a Client Operations Manager who will be responsible for the key areas
– Customer liaison from start to finish through customer journey.
– Oversee Total Safe teams responsible for customer service delivery.
– Oversee Total Safe engineering teams responsible for on-site service delivery
– Oversee, adapt and implement business processes to maximise excellent customer service
– Consistently monitor processes to minimise waste and maximise profitability
– Manage clients and staff to achieve service excellence

Fire Alarm Engineer

We are offering a permanent role for a qualified Fire Alarm Engineer, 40 hours Per Week, Monday to Friday, with some out of hours work at weekends depending on the client.
Your role will be to commission, maintain service Fire Alarms and attend emergency call outs.

What we are looking for from you:
– FIA Level 3 Fundamentals of Fire Detection and Alarm Systems in Non-Domestic Premises. BS 5839-1 (or equivalent qualification)
– FIA Unit 1 Fire Detection Design. BS 5839 BS 5839FIA (or equivalent qualification)
– FIA Unit 4 Fire Detection System Installation & Testing (or equivalent qualification)
– FIA Unit 5 Fire Alarm Systems Maintenance (or equivalent qualification)
– Good Time Management Skills – to ensure you work to the schedule timescales agreed with the Total Safe office team
– Good Writing Skills – to complete Work Report Sheets, Checklists and Certification accurately and Clearly
– Customer Focus and effective Interpersonal Skills – to always put their customers’ safety needs first and offer a personal approach
– Attention to detail – to investigate complex faults, and identify if the customer requires additional products and services to enhance their safety
– Flexible and able to work as a part of a team
– Have a full UK Driving Licence and ability to drive in congested areas such a London

Smoke Vent AOV Engineer

To help support our growth, we are currently recruiting professionals with experience in Smoke Vent AOV service, installation and maintenance. The product range covers smoke control, natural ventilation controls, window automation and manual window control.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the key areas:
– 1st fix installation of cabling on smaller projects.
– 2nd fix installation of control panels and accessories.
– Commissioning of the AOV system and handing over system to client.
– Servicing smoke vent systems as part of 12month health checks.
– Overseeing installation of new systems
– Working to high British standards and good knowledge of health and safety regulations.

– Minimum 2 Years Experience in the smoke vent AOV industry

– Technical background in the mechanical fire industry
– Qualified fire alarm engineer – ability to service, test and maintain fire alarm systems would be beneficial, but not essential.
