Total Safe (Essex) Ltd, a BAFE registered growing Fire and Safety Company based in Essex and covering the South of England and London, are looking to hire a Relationship Accounts Manager, working from our offices in Corringham, Essex.

Total Safe (Essex) Ltd was born in 2015 when it’s Director, an ex-Firefighter with the Essex Fire Service, realised that lives, homes and businesses were at risk due to the poor provision of Fire Safety products. We are working with clients to ensure our customers and teams are 100% safe, 100% of the time. We provide fire safety testing and maintenance on all active and passive fire safety products, fire training and undertake electrical portable appliance testing (PAT).

To help support our growth, we are currently recruiting a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the key areas:

– Implement and manage SEO for website optimisation, update website.
– Own the marketing content strategy that allows for consistent publication of the types of content that drives revenue and significantly impacts sales.
– Plan and implement marketing strategy for each forthcoming 12-month period.
– Promote the company products and services collaborating directly with the General Manager and Director.
– Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns and oversee all marketing campaigns for the company.
– Manage and execute a comprehensive calendar of communications, including content articles, research, blog posts, case studies for social media.
– Update senior management team on the progress of marketing activities and report on the results of campaigns, relying on content analytics and reporting to inform decisions.
– Analyse data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.
– Attend public events to promote the brand.

Position: Bookkeeper Administrator
Location: George Wheal House, 22 Lampits Hill, Corringham, Essex, SS179AL
Working hours: 09.30 – 14.30 Monday to Friday
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
Working in our office you will need to have excellent communication skills to liaise with customers, suppliers and the Total Safe team. With excellent Excel, Outlook and Xero skills, along with the ability to use your own initiative, you will be a key player in ensuring that the finance and administration side of the business flows smoothly, ensuring that optimum levels of customer service are maintained at all times. You will be required to maintain a clear and well documented filing system and record keeping. Daily tasks will include:

– Processing bill payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software and workflow systems.
– Reconciling Xero on a daily basis.
– Preparing financial statements on business income and expenditure.
– Managing invoices due for imminent payment and overdue invoices.
– Reporting overdue invoices/bill payments to General Manager.
– Producing monthly financial reports including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets to present to General Manager/Director.
– Managing business premises utility payments, broadband and telephone payments, email hosting etc with a view to reducing monthly outgoings to the business.
– Accurate and timely production of certificates taken from Engineer job sheets.
– Create and prepare regular reports from site visits.
– Work with KPIs to set measurable goals for the company as well as individual KPIs.
