What we did: A bank in London reached out to us as they wanted us to service their fire extinguishers. Upon attendance, our engineers undertook a basic service of all their extinguishers and found that some were deemed condemned as they had expired. All CO2 extinguishers are condemned after 10 years, all other fire extinguishers are condemned after 5 years, and fire blankets are condemned after 7 years. Back in the office, we quoted the client for remedials, and our engineers will be back to replace all of their condemned extinguishers.
