Rapid response to emergency situations can save lives; making life support training critically important. Our courses can help train participants to provide basic life support to people of all ages. It can act as refresher material for those who have already completed similar training.
Did you know that survival rates for an unconscious individual are increased by up to 60% through prompt resuscitation? Life support training aims to increase a learner’s confidence when responding to an emergency. This enables them to act swiftly and effectively to give the affected individual the best chance of recovery.
Life Support Training outlines the different approaches when providing life support to adults, children, and infants. This is to minimise accidental harm being caused in the process of resuscitation. It also explains how to recognise and respond to cardiopulmonary arrest, including safe use of defibrillators.
We are now taking bookings
We are now taking bookings for our First Aid Course running on the 29th of August. The course will cover Basic Life Support, including CPR, choking hazards, the recovery position and the use of an AED machine (‘Defib’). The cost per person for this particular course is just £40+VAT.
